We strive for a safe but speedy delivery on all our orders, usually orders arrive within a couple of days, however please do allow 3-5 working days for deliveries. Different factors, like where you live, can affect how quickly the deliveries can be made.
The pandemic is also still having an effect on the world of logistics and so orders can be effected by this. Because of this we cannot investigate an undelivered item until the 3-5 working day window has started, and can only process a refund or a replacement after the 5 working days has elapsed.
Once your item/s have been dispatched you should receive a delivery notification email. Sometimes this can be found in your junk/spam folders, if you can't see it in your inbox, please check these.
Once an order has been placed and processed it is very difficult to make changes to that order. Please make sure the delivery details you enter at checkout are correct before clicking proceed.
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.
If you're not satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return it to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please note Craft Resin is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
